Finally! I can get a decent chicken Philly cheesesteak in Greenwood SC. After years of moping when I got the craving, my wish has been granted. Chicago Grill opened last June and has been my go-to spot.
The bread has a little crusty exterior with soft inside absorbing the juices from the chicken, peppers, and onions. The cheese is just right and melt-y enough to hold everything together.
Although you might not be able to tell since it is not the focus of this picture, the freshly made potato chips are a great addition to the meal and can be addictive.
Overall: This is a great sandwich at Chicago Grill. I love it!

It looks delicious. My husband and I have not tried the Chicago Grill yet. We tried the Buffalo Grill about 2-3 weeks ago and loved it. We like to try the new places to eat. Don’t know why we haven’t made it the Chicago Grill yet.
I forgot to tell everyone in the Writers’ Group that I have a blog site now–quirkywritingcorner.wordpress.com. I’m still trying to figure out what to do with a blog so I came to see yours. Now that you’ve made me hungry, what do I do? Your site is so much better than mine. One of these days, I’ll learn what to do with a computer besides use it as a glorified typewriter.
