Photo blogging #challenge April 2019 #color #photoblog

The theme for April’s photo blogging challenge hosted by http://hoohaa.com/ was COLOR MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND. I need to confess something: I did not actively participate in this challenge. However, when I looked at my pictures from April, I saw I have more than enough to share on this topic!

Without further ado, here are my pictures on the theme.

These are my pictures for this month’s photo challenge.

Picture #1

I went to Maker faire Miami and they had this cute little craft where you paint using an airbrush method with markers.

At the same event, I made one of these. The hardest part of this was picking out enough of the little plastics of the color that I wanted. After the melting process, I put a magnet on the back.

Picture #3

April is my wedding anniversary month. We went to an axe throwing place for a fun date. I enjoyed it! It was like darts but with axes. Of course, hubs got top points. I surprised myself and got bullseye too.

Picture #4
I love flowers.

Picture #5
I helped hubby make lard soap. I added essential oils for scent and mica for a little shimmer effect.

To quote another blogger GeoKs

While you’re there, please consider joining us next month! Participation is like taking on a low-stress photo assignment, which you can use to refine your photography skills. Any camera will do: your phone, a pocket-sized point and shoot, the DSLR that’s been gathering dust somewhere or a film camera. For each month’s theme, you’re asked to share five photos; the amount of accompanying text is up to you.
